12_Once you experience something, it lasts forever.
Strangely enough, I had a cool time in 2022.
Feeling sad or regretful, but also feeling happy and proud.
Without feeling anything, I said goodbye peacefully as if it were a day like any other day. I didn’t even see the moment when it passed from the night of December 31st to midnight on January 1st, and while having a drink at a food stall, I suddenly looked at the time and saw that it was past 00:30 and had naturally settled into 2023.
I don’t have any grand New Year’s plans.
My life doesn’t reset in an instant just because it’s a new year.
I will just steadily keep the promises I am making one by one.

Take your lunch breaks. Take your evenings and weekends. Take your sick days, time off and mental health days. You agreed to do a job, offer a service or offer goods in exchange for being paid for your time and talents. You did not agree to sell every moment of your personal time, sacrifice your health or sacrifice your quality of life.

-.Knowing that most people are neither friends nor enemies. Think of disappointment in relationships as something that comes like a season, and don’t ruin old relationships due to momentary emotions. Living a life close to happiness with integrity.
There are times when I feel upset for no reason and work progress is slow. It wasn’t because I was wrong, it was because I was exhausted both physically and mentally. Thinking that the battery is discharged, let’s focus on the saddle so that it doesn’t break down. Don’t fret that you’re falling behind or that you’re not good enough compared to others. If it’s too hard, you can just let go. As you gain momentum, you can run faster.
If you feel happy every now and then, learn and record that happiness, and live as if you were traveling, your mind will become peaceful. I think I’ve been hurt a lot while loving others, but I don’t think I’ve ever been unhappy while loving myself.
Even though you may be easily swayed by other people’s aspects, you must be able to think that it is only a fragment that appears on the surface. Know that we are all living with different wounds.

A: I think reading is the experience of reading a 500 page book to the end, even if you only get one line. It’s like reading a book to find that one line and underline it. Isn’t it enough to just collect good phrases and read them? You can say that, but I think a great read is a total experience that includes the disappointing and boring parts. Wouldn’t it be similar to taking a walk? There are moments of exhilaration, but there are also times when I feel like I want to go home. Sometimes you find a tree you particularly like. Just as everything is included in a walk, I think the same goes for books. So, I think reading is not something you do, but something you experience!
Reading books feels very different and perhaps inefficient compared to today’s fast-consuming world. But once you experience something, it lasts forever. Like a friend. Books with only concise sentences and videos with only highlights are loved briefly, but they are also quickly forgotten. Easy comes easy go. Is there any era in which thick and long writing is as desperately needed as the one we live in?
