April was a month often filled with anxiety.
Even in the diary I wrote every day, anxiety icons were peppered here and there.
There was a big change both in the organization I worked for for about 5 years and in my personal job.
A very big change is planned for the company more broadly, and many colleagues are shaken up.
For one reason or another, an uncertain situation continues where the future is unknown.
At times like this, I put more effort into collecting sentences and comfort myself.
That I am at the center of all judgments, decisions, emotions and actions.
I want to become stronger.
