Days Rippling with Autumn's Charm

My hair has grown quite a bit.

I dyed it a bit lighter for a change of pace, but now it’s time to go back to dark.

Mom’s birthday.

I prepared a surprise flower delivery, but why do sad premonitions always come true…

Mom had to rush to Yeongdeok in the morning and couldn’t see the flower basket..ㅜㅜ

So I took a picture to remember it.

A few days later, I disassembled the flower basket and placed a few still-fresh blooms in separate vases around the house.

I kept getting drunk and my memory got cut off in the middle.. I realized it after watching the video ㅠ.ㅠ

Mabaem-i has grown so much since I last saw it.

I took it out and touched it, screaming ‘Kyaa! Kyaa!’ but it was really cute.

I was surprised by how soft its paw pads were, softer than I expected.

But I probably won’t.

Autumn has arrived with a big step.

You can feel autumn when you take a walk.

There’s a pretty new cafe in the neighborhood that I was curious about, so I bought an iced latte.

The taste wasn’t great, so I won’t buy it again,

but I liked the eco-friendly straw and cup holder.

I try my best not to use disposable items…

but it seems really hard not to use them at all.

I’m trying not to drink coffee on an empty stomach in the morning,

but when I said I was having an apple and coffee, Mom nagged me, saying it’s bad for my stomach.

For a simple breakfast, boiled eggs are the best,

and they’re fantastic with a drizzle of olive oil and pepper!

A day when the moon rose beautifully.

It’s always prettiest when you see it with your own eyes.

I finally watched the movie .

Darim, so bold and clear. I fell for actress Shim Eun-ha’s charm!

I also want to laugh and chat happily with someone I like, sharing beer, peanuts, and dried squid.

As the heat subsided a bit, I started taking night walks again.

The day I got my first vaccine shot,

I took vaccine leave and went to Hyehwa in the afternoon for a hospital visit!

My absolute favorite Daehangno.

Ah~ I really, really love the colors and atmosphere that only Daehangno has!

I neatly finished every last bit of my Majesoba.

The day I got lobster and steamed it.

The meat was chewy and plump!

I love eating live abalone as sashimi the most!

I love the firm, crunchy texture.

I usually only eat salad with dressings like olive oil and pepper,

but Cobb salad was delicious after a long time.

I decided to stand in line anyway…

The visuals… they’re no joke…

Honestly, I didn’t expect much, thinking ‘how different can a donut be?’…

But it was actually quite delicious. ㅎ.ㅎ The fluffy, sweet cream melted in my mouth.

I finally visited “Cafeteria La Luna,” a place I’d wanted to go to for a long time.

I couldn’t sit on the terrace,,, but it was still a small wish fulfilled!

I had the anchovy and sardine pintxos.

The ingredients were fresh, so it wasn’t fishy at all and was delicious.

But then, they accidentally poured me an enormous amount of Cava…

They said they mistook it for something that would foam up…

Honestly, I wanted to drink it all… I really need to stop being so greedy for alcohol, yes, yes…

This place’s octopus dish was also delicious!

After living in Seoul for 10 years, this was my first time visiting Seoul Forest…

Wait, was it always this good of a place???

I thought I was in Europe.

But there are too many people… and too many kids running around on kickboards…

Visited Jingawa after a really long time!

It was my first time at the Euljiro branch instead of Yeoksam, and it was delicious as expected!!!

It was my first time ordering mackerel sashimi sushi at Jingawa,

and apparently it’s a hard-to-get item, often sold out, so it was a lucky day!

I love watching the leaves sparkle in the sunlight,

and I also love seeing the sky filling the gaps!

As a bonus, the shadows and light of the leaves reflected on the ground.

Taking a break during lunch to walk around the neighborhood, recharging with sunlight and good vibes!

Visited a neighborhood macaron shop to recharge my sugar.

Enduring the afternoon with a matcha chocolate macaron and Earl Grey tea.

The season for warm tea has arrived.

Autumn break is starting soon..!

It hasn’t quite sunk in yet, but there are only four days left..

I’ll have to work hard, but I’m really, really going to make the most of it!
