It’s July.

This week’s highlight was going to Kim Dong-young’s book talk!

My first foray into travel essays was

Kim Dong-young’s ,

and I leaned on that book to soothe my tender and clumsy emotions,

melt my sensibilities, and received so much comfort.

My heart was pounding at the thought of getting the author’s autograph on that book,

so after work, I headed to Mangwon.

I arrived a bit early and decided to have dinner.

Among the alley shops, I went into #Gotai because it looked delicious.

The coconut green curry was delicious..!

The day finally came when I got an autograph on my cherished book..!

I was so moved,,

My spark is currently precarious ㅠㅠ

I’m diligently creating opportunities for it to ignite again…

As a new hobby and a way to build references,

I decided to tour local bookstores.

The first bookstore was #Jigubulsichak.

It was my first time here,

and I’m so glad I came; it’s a space I really like..!

I heard there’s a writing club every Wednesday evening,,

Should I try going~~

The bookstore owner’s curation notes, whose contents I’m curious about.

This kind of sensibility is totally my style..💘
