When the semester starts, I blog from time to time.

I thought I could record my college life…

However, homework started from the first class👽

I couldn’t afford it…

Should I follow class, do homework, or study?

In addition, I was struggling with moving into a newlywed house and preparing for the wedding.

The end of the first semester has come,,,😨

Still, thanks to the professor in the Korean-English consecutive interpretation class,

It was a great opportunity to observe the simultaneous interpretation site!

(I was among the first 4 people to join 😎)

<2024 Distribution Industry Forum CRF> held at Chosun Hotel Seoul

Typically, interpreters are appointed before the event begins.

It is said that they arrive at the site at least an hour and a half to two hours in advance and have time to prepare. We arrived early and were excited to see the atmosphere of the scene😵 I felt nervous for no reason,,

It was a very valuable experience to be able to see the professor directly doing simultaneous interpretation. The sight of him practicing at the booth and reviewing the materials from early on was cool and amazing,,,🥹

How hot is it in that small booth?

No, how do I use this..?🤣

All four of us are confused and confused.

Completed wearing after many twists and turns,,

There were a total of 3 channels these days.

I was also able to hear relay interpretation in the middle.

And an impressive scene,,

I witnessed the process of the professor visiting the speaker before the event started, exchanging greetings, and asking and confirming questions about the material in advance. It was impressive to see that they prepared as much as possible before starting the interpretation and carefully took care of any matters that could be dealt with in advance.

I learn again like this,, memo memo🤓

It is definitely more impactful to see and hear something in person than to hear it in a classroom.

The day will come for me as an interpreter for the first time,,🌈
